DELIVERY & RETURNS

UNITED KINGDOM (UK):  Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Service and will typically take 2-3 working days.

The cost for this service is FREE until further notice..

Shipping to the United Kingdom is FREE OF CHARGE on all orders, this means any address with a valid UK postcode including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.


EUROPE  - STANDARD DELIVERY:  Standard non-tracked delivery service is by Royal Mail Airmail, and will typically take 3-5 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £5.15 with a loss compensation of up to £20.00 maximum.

Other services are available with higher compensation amounts.

LOST GOODS
Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until 14-21 days after delivery. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods by this time, please contact us. We regret that we cannot issue a refund to you until the loss has been established.


FAULTY GOODS
If, upon receipt, you find that your goods are faulty or incorrect, please notify us immediately in writing and confirm whether you require a replacement or refund. We will then advise how to proceed.


REFUND POLICY
In accordance with distance selling law, upon cancellation and return of the goods, we will refund the total amount paid (including the cost of posting and packaging the goods to you, but excluding the cost you incurred in sending the goods back to us, unless faulty whereby standard charges will be refunded) in full, within 30 working days of the date of receipt of the returned goods. A refund is subject to receipt and inspection of the goods to ensure that they have not been damaged.
